-Ryan Cassell serves as our Executive Director and possesses a Bachelor of Arts in
Counseling from Marshall University and an Associate’s in Criminal Justice from Ashland
Community and Technical College. Ryan has 21 years experience in the field and has
served in Director level roles for 3 separate agencies throughout his career. Ryan also has
instructor/trainer certifications in CPR/FA/AED, Non Violent Physical Crisis Prevention
and Intervention, and Crisis Prevention and Intervention (Kentucky).

-Josh Caldwell serves in the role of Chief Operating Officer. He possesses a Bachelor of
Science from Marshall University. He brings with him 18 years experience in the
field where he served as Executive Director for the largest agency in West Virginia. He
provides guidance and expertise in exposure control, accident investigations, systems
safety, risk analysis and OSHA best practices.

-Carrie Hale serves in the role of Program Director. She possesses a Bachelor of Arts
from Marshall University in Education. She has 13 years experience in the field where
she has served in roles ranging from Case Manager/Service Coordinator, Behavior Support Specialist,
Therapeutic Consultant, and Adult Day Treatment Coordinator.
She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in providing educational opportunities to
individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
